Steven Nicolás Franco (he/him/él) is a first generation Guatemalan-American theatre artist and arts administrator, originally from and currently based in the DMV area. He is a graduate of George Mason University, where he received a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Musical Theatre. A proud child of immigrants, Steven prioritizes pushing barriers and decolonizing theatre-making through performance, advocacy, and cultivating anti-racist practices in all theatre spaces. He is a proud alum of the Lin-Manuel Miranda Family Fellowship.

Performance credits include: In the Heights (Signature Theatre), Frida Libre (GALA Hispanic Theatre), Cinderella: A Salsa Fairy Tale (Imagination Stage), and Spring Awakening (Monumental Theatre Company).

Arts administration experience includes: Woolly Mammoth Theatre Company, Arena Stage, and Theatre Washington.
